Terms & Conditions

1.1 Eligibility
By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

1.2 Services Provided
I offer these related spiritual services for personal reflection, entertainment, and guidance. These services are not intended to replace professional advice in legal, medical, financial, or psychological matters.

1.3 Booking and Payment
Bookings must be made through my official platform, through the booking form, and payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the session. This ensures that you are fully committed to receiving my services. If the payment is not made, your appointment will not be confirmed.

2.1 Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your session, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within less than 24 hours, you will still be charged the full service fee, and no refund will be issued. Refunds are not supported under any circumstances once payment has been made, except in the case where I need to cancel the session.

2.2 Refund Policy
Once payment is made, refunds are not available. If the reading did not resonate with you, or if it did not happen as you expected, no refund will be provided. Refunds are only applicable if I, as the service provider, cancel the session.

2.3 Late Arrivals
If you are late to your scheduled session, you will be given a 5-minute grace period. After 5 minutes, I will charge €2 per minute of delay. If you are more than 10 minutes late and no payment is made for the late time, I will cancel the session, and you will still be charged the full session fee.

2.4 No Show Policy
Failure to attend your session without prior notice or payment for any late time will result in the immediate cancellation of your session, and no refund will be issued.

3.1 Confidentiality
I value your privacy and will keep all information shared during the service confidential. However, I may disclose certain information if required by law or if I believe there is a risk of harm to you or others.

3.2 Privacy Policy
I collect personal information necessary for the scheduling and completion of your session. Your personal data is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy, which can be found on my website. By booking a session, you consent to the processing of your personal information as described.

4.1 Respectful Behavior
I expect all interactions to be conducted with respect and professionalism. Any inappropriate, offensive, or harassing behavior may result in the immediate termination of the service, without a refund.

4.2 No Guarantees
I DO NOT guarantee any specific outcomes or results from tarot readings. The readings I provide are for guidance, entertainment, and personal reflection. The accuracy of readings depends on various factors, including your energy and the intuition of the reader.

5.1 Ownership

All content, including but not limited to tarot card interpretations, written materials, and other intellectual property related to my services, remains the exclusive property of LunarHexology. Reproduction, distribution, or use of this content without my express written consent is prohibited. 

6.1 No Liability for Decisions

I am NOT liable for any actions or decisions you take based on the information provided during the reading. You understand that the reading is for entertainment and guidance, and any decisions you make are solely your responsibility. 

7.1 Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on my website, and they will be effective immediately upon posting. It is YOUR responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any updates. 

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Romania.
